You won't find any "hidden charges" at MyBetter.com. All our pricing is made plain on our hosting plans page. There are absolutely NO other fees.

Our aim is to offer the best in web hosting services plus top-notch customer service. In order to achieve these goals, our business plan is somewhat different from other web hosting companies. We're not interested in packing as many customers onto a server as possible. In fact, we have established a limit to the number of customers we will accept at this time in order to ensure the best possible service for each customer.

Quality service is one of our top priorities. As such, we're always looking for ways to improve our services and thereby offer greater value to you. In doing so, we have recently updated our name servers (ns1.mybetter.com & ns2.mybetter.com) so that they are now on separate networks. That way, if one network should become temporarily unavailable, the other name server should still be reachable. This improves the reliability of our services. We also have other plans for improving the reliability of our services which will be rolling out in the coming weeks.
